Lunch and sipping coffee is not a good option to do during breaks. Try getting a healthy snack like fruits salad, boiled sprouts or simple popcorn. All this are healthy option to energize you and give you the right energy, which you need all day along.

Read a newspaper or Magazine: Constant working on laptops and desktops can be stressful to your body. What you can simply do, is read newspaper or a magazine. Doing this will enliven your mind. You don’t have to strain your eyes and use your brain to think, you just have to read and relax.

Do Stretching Exercise: Try doing simple stretching exercises. You can do hand and leg rotation, look up, down and sideways; all these will help you to relieve from the stiffness of sitting at one place. You can also climb up and down the stairs, which will not only be fun but also help you stay active.

Music: Music is the best stress buster! Simply listen to your favorite songs on your iPod or mobile phone. Make sure you don’t disturb anybody while doing so.

http://www.medimanage.com/my-health-at-work/art...

Eat a Healthy Snack: You spend nine to twelve hours daily at office.
