Simple GTD Next Action Lists with Nozbe

comments

Nozbe is a just-launched GTD productivity app that allows people to easily create contexts, projects, tasks and notes via a simple web interface.  It’s much like Backpack except it was built with the Getting Things Done methodology in mind.

The thing I really dig about Nozbe is the fact that you can work in contexts (not just in projects like most task organizing programs), and you can also only view your next actions on one screen.  This captures the true essence of GTD: not working only on specific project lists, but on all lists within the same context.

Nozbe has a nifty drag-n-drop interface for your lists, and you can guage how long projects will take based on inputting your time estimates for each task.  It looks to be a promising service for the GTD community.

thanks for your great Nozbe review.

I’m just posting to mention, that if you like working in contexts so much, you can now create your own contexts in Nozbe and even assign cool icons to them.

We have also introduced “project sharing” so that you could share your projects with others.

Keep up the great work and thanks again.
