Sync Backpack Offline With PackRat

Wishing that you could see your Backpack data when you’re not online?  Check out PackRat, (Mac only) the Backpack sync-er for your computer and Backpack.  Access and change your lists, events, and now reminders offline, and upon re-establishing connection, it all syncs up.  Brilliant.

And that’s not all: there are going to be some big things in PackRat’s future.  The developer’s blog gives us a glimpse of things to come.

Going forward I want PackRat to take full advantage of the the Mac
platform. This means things like Spotlight support, Applescript
support, Address Book and iCal integration, iPod syncing, and
whatever else makes sense. I love the Mac and want to take full
advantage of the platform. That is why PackRat is Mac only.

I also want to add things that Backpack doesn’t do right now. Things
like searching and deleting all completed list items and anything
else you and I can think of to make it more fun and easier to use.

Wow.  Sounds well worth the $25 for me.  But you didn’t see that on my Christmas list ;)

You can have up to 4 pages of Backpack content on your computer, and any more require an upgrade of $24.95.
