Here’s some new productivity software that’s been floating around the web.
Page Addict
Firefox extension that tracks how much time you spend wasted at other’s site. The info is totally secure, and only stored on your computer. You can tag sites like “work”, “play”, etc. so you’ll know exactly where your time is going. [via Download Squad]
Two Minute Timer
Pretty much what it sounds like. Just download and use to start knocking out your Next Actions. From the website:
You’ll have fun learning to focus better on how to use your time wisely and prevent getting side tracked, creating a feeling of forward motion and personal control. We’ve seen gains of up to an hour a day of quality discretionary time just by implementing the 2 minute rule, now made simple with the help of this convenient timer.
The cost is $10 from DavidCo, but if you want to save a couple bucks check out Brett Kelly’s homegrown version.
Clear Context 3.0
The GTD’ing Outlooker’s new best friend. Use this Microsoft Outlook extension as an automated personal assistant, actively tagging and storing your emails so you can reply to the messages that are most pertinent first. [via Download Squad]
