		<description>This is a refreshing suggestion.  I think that often the things we procrastinate on are things that we should seriously consider deleting from our life.  For example, filing.  Three years ago I moved offices, and because I was in a hurry when packing I just dumped all my unfiled stuff into a big plastic tote.  Well, guess what?  that paper is still in the plastic tote and I haven&#039;t had a need to look at any of it.  Same concept could work with all sorts of drudgery.  Just get rid of it!</description>
